Tesla To Its Knees seeks you to join in, in making up our team of 25,000 protestors/demonstrators, schedulers, team leaders, administrative support personnel, etc. in carrying out daily protests at over 250 Tesla dealerships in the US. We need each team member to commit to 3 to 4 days a week for three to six months.
Elon Musk, a man incapable of empathy like his sidekick Donald Trump, needs to feel the same level of pain that he has caused millions of people primarily in the US but also abroad. At this moment in time Musk owns about 13 percent of Tesla worth in the 100 billion dollar range. It is our goal to hit him in his wallet by driving the value of Tesla’s stock down precipitously, translating into the loss of hundreds of billions of dollars of company market value and a huge loss in his share of the company’s stock value.

There is a major financial incentive for each team member.
We expect to win a pre-calculated, negotiated settlement, based on a formula, from Tesla in the tens of billions of dollars. By our estimates when we reach that settlement each team member’s pro rata share will be a minimum of $100,000 for their 3 to 6 months effort.
Other elements of the settlement contemplate 50 percent of the proceeds going to causes that were gutted by Musk/DOGE/Trump. Such as the causes supported by USAID (shut down by Musk).

For Illegal Firings/Coerced resignations:
Every 10,000 firings by Elon Musk/DOGE/Trump in the federal government that were in violation of existing law or executed with animus, outright lies and cruelty equates to a settlement demand amount of One Billion Dollars. The same goes for coerced resignations where employees under duress agreed to a pittance in exchange for resigning for fear of getting nothing if fired.
For Human Suffering, Sickness & Death caused by Elon Musk/DOGE/Trump shutting down USAID with no notice and no consideration of finding alternate sources of aid desperately needed to keep former aid recipients alive and sickness free:
Each 100,000 deaths annually caused by the closing of USAID equates to a settlement demand amount of 3 billion dollars up until programs that previously saved those lives are restored by Elon Musk, Tesla, The Federal Government or some other source.
The annual number of Musk/DOGE/Trump caused deaths as a result of shutting down USAID, from February 2025 through January 2026, is estimated to be 898,782 (study below)

By the end of summer, with continued staggering losses in Tesla’s market value, driven by Tesla To Its Knees unrelenting demonstration pressure, we expect Tesla to enter into a multi-billion dollar settlement with Tesla To Its Knees in exchange for Tesla To Its Knees to cease and desist their protests !
Tesla To Its Knees membership is comprised of founders, registered protestors, administration support, legal support and other valuable members.
Fifty – percent of the proceeds from the Settlement will be apportioned between the members of Tesla To Its Knees.
And the other Fifty – Percent of the proceeds from the Settlement will be apportioned to:

This activity alone has resulted in a jaw dropping loss in Tesla’s market value approaching 50 percent through early March of 2025.

The goal of Tesla To Its Knees is to take the remaining MARKET VALUE of TESLA’S STOCK down to less than $50 a share down from the current $200 plus a share. The value of this decrease will be several hundred billion dollars.
